I doubt if this is going to be a "reverse takeover" of sorts out here by the junior player - sub $5m MC compared to ours - 5 times MHM's MC...

I think MHM has a lot of cash reserves but no place to park it (sorry, not done any research on MHM, so I could be totally wrong here)... KIN on the other hand has one of the most compelling reasons to be invested in it... hence MHM probably has a WIN-WIN deal of sorts here for us...

Thursday is not too far away.... our sp has been increasing because MHM has been buying 10% of the register which shows that they want probably a seat on the board and will invest directly/inderiectly into our upcoming project/s...

just my 2c on the strange TH in both the counters...
