For some reason what I wrote did not post.

Harro1, You were given solid advice from Alpaka to go to the KIN website and to read posts here on HC. I am sure that the rest of the posters here agree with that advice so the silence is simply an affirmation that your question has been answered.

I suggest that you do the research and then ask the company more specific questions directly or post them here.

The upside is really quite simple with the normal risks attached and that is that the gold in the ground will be converted to cash without diluting the shares too much. Directors have a huge amount of shares in this company so they will be trying not to dilute their value.
