2. Instigated by fund/insto wanting to get on board prior to finance announcement.
3. Substantial amount ($11m) plus option conversion and rebate due. Draw your own conclusions as to why.
4. Insto (or possibly 2 main instos) were waiting until Sojitz deal was announced. I'd suggest they are behind the expansion push.
5. Next Ann (not this CR Ann) will likely be finance. My additional personal speculation is that this will now come quicker than I initially expected. We could be well into equipment & plant orders well before Xmas.
