A coy in LIT's current situation always needs to determine the necessity to obtain funds for its immediate and medium term financial needs, compared to raising those same funds at a later, possibly unpredictable time, which may result in a higher dilution of shares. A dilemma for any corporate management team, and exacerbated by the current historical low interest rate environment. I have see any number of corporations which have waited too long to raise funds, leading to the number of shares on issue rising to the financial stratosphere.

The current strategy by LPI is in my opinion, is financially prudent,especially in the current, comparatively low, interest rate environment.

Mate why would you sell your shares here to pay more for them in the spp? Let's not sugar coat this, the management ruined the momentum the sp had going into drill results with an unnecessary placement and the market has spoken. Very disappointing for holders imo
