This could not happen. This would not happen. Amongst other things, it's not the Chairman's (or any other BoD member for that matter holding shares of any number) prerogative or legal right to request a TH in such circumstances.
We hope that this was a voluntary call by the BoD because the results are worth skiting about. It would have nothing at all to do with a (slightly) falling SP reducing the Ch's asset value.
As for the release of the news, I do not want to see the results issue today as that could indicate something negative. Bring it on tomorrow morning!!
