merv - couldnt help myself coming out of self imposed exile to say we are all in line behind to collect on LSR, hope you are vindicated in your cautious optimism

on the other side I note we are down to 375k left in the kitty and although expenditure for this quarter seems likely to absorb a bit over half, it surely means that any good news tomorrow will need to be followed by a CR in next couple of months, not that any holder will mind if things work out tomorrow, but if not then its going to be a sad state of affairs by end of Aug...but lets not contemplate that?
