Blackfish bled quickly can be delicious eating if filleted and cooked quickly on a very high heat, especially with a crisp chilled Clare Valley riesling in hand or mouth.
As for LSR finances, $375k is a lot of money to me but apart from that I am not presently interested as I am on doctor's orders as to how many drinks I can have so as to cure my blues (remember?). 3+ works really well - thank you doc!!
