Happy to admit when i get it wrong, and i definitely did here with the CR.

No point in completely nutting out until the announcement is released and details become clearer.

All i know for sure is that we have been told the below;

-We have been told emphatically that there would be no CR just to pay the bills, and the cash balance would support this statement.

-The $1.6M invested into the graphene technologies: "Funds invested will be spent on developing battery prototypes for the first of three patents that have been lodged, with an initial focus on the revolutionary battery technology."

So maybe these funds will be used for a JV for the LSP, 0r maybe that is wishful thinking and management really have screwed us all big time, again.

Whatever the case we are simply hypothesizing until such time as the announcement is released.
