Was thinking same thing, KKB. 10c is too convenient - a nice round number for the press. 12c would be nicer and be sure to be passed
I am certain the SP will start at whatever they end up announcing. Short covering from any short positions taken out under that might see a more significant move. 12m high of 14c might proove strong resistance.
