    As Chemist1959 you are probably used to that: Going up, going down, going nowhere, exploding in your face.... That is the problem with this stock. It is full of surprises and in the past they have mostly been negative.
    I doubt that MtK would convert their debt into stock just to sell off gradually. This is just too big a stake (45%) for that kind of strategy especially considering the turnover. My guess is that MtK is there for mid-term until full value is realised or visible (2-3 years) and that this will strengthen the stock. The real issue now is not if QR is on the good or bad side (this is too dependent on current RE price and hence meaningless mid-term), the issue is how JARE is reacting to this and if they also want a share now. And that would then be dilution to a point where we have a big hole in our test tube with all future upside potential gone from current SH to debt holders. Hopefully not.
