No need to try to talk down to people. I have no idea why you say this! I see a trading halt notice with a cap raising with no other detail about the cap raising yet their is talk about the details.

The reason for the cap is to prevent the stock being traded in case potentially sensitive information around the capitalising is leaked. The reason is, the specifics about the capital raising are not complete. To enable finalisation, it is safe to halt the stock.

I don't see anything out of ordinary comparing this announcement to many others made by this company or others.
