Care to elaborate on what has struck this chord with you Lapewesq? Not disagreeing with you, certainly its a possibility but don't have the time to dig through old announcements and connect the dots, maybe some bedtime reading for me tonight!

I'm not sure where they will find the funds for an acquisition (without CR) and not sure who would be a good merger target unless we are talking about Creso Pharma with the cofounder and chairman Boaz Wachtel being a former managing director of MMJ -> I don't see the angle as they are aiming for IPO on ASX themselves.
