Dear Mr Bailey REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT MMJ PhytoTech Limited (ASX: MMJ) requests a trading halt be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a material change to the Company’s proposed transaction with Top Strike Resources Limited per the Company’s announcement to the ASX on 28 September 2016 (the “Transaction”). The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of an announcement regarding the change to the Transaction or the commencement of trade on Thursday, 3 November 2016. First a deal which isn't fully understood by the market followed by a miserable capital raise snuck right in after everyone bought into it.
Perhaps its related to the capital raising and now they are putting in a greater share of Top Strike so we will have greater percentage of holding??
