The clue is that it's an announcement "in relation to the sale of a project".

I think the news could be bitter-sweet.

On the one hand, through the sale the company may be able to generate enough funds to start development and production of a mine (Boorara?) without a capital raise. One the other hand, we may be selling a very valuable asset (e.g. Nimbus).

The sale would be one of Nimbus, Boorara, or Coolgardie projects. Let's see which one. And more importantly, at what price.
