Primary Gold (Pgo) went into a trading halt 10 mins before MRP stating the following.
REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Primary Gold Limited (ASX: PGO) hereby requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding the acquisition of a project.
The trading halt will remain in place until not later than commencement of trading on Thursday 4 August 2016
Probably buying the Coolgardie gold mine as it was hardly mentioned in the presentation.
I'm just guessing but seems right. Prob a deal with money and shares attached.
