I've checked how many trading halts they have done in the past 5-6 years and it aint much. One was for a cap raising but that announcement specifically included wording re a cap raising. The other trading halt was for the Celaphon deal... slightly different wording to this however... although it did mention 'major corporate transaction'.
Based on SI recent comments, it seems like its a new partnership deal. Worst case scenario would be Teva ditching heart failure program but that would be very odd given they have not seen the interim data.
