The Directors of MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd request that the Company’s securities be placed in a voluntary trading halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending a material announcement in relation to the potential acquisition of a licenced medicinal cannabis growing and genetics research company in Europe.
The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 27 April 2016 or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.
