    very difficult to "price" such acquisition... for eg. AUZ is buying out JRV's Scandium deposit for $6m while JRV's MC is around $5m... so are AUZ paying more? or the fact that JRV did nothing on that world's largest Sc deposit for 15 years meant that it was not accounted for in its MC?

    just giving you an example for such acquisitions... not trying to cross prmote here as none have any Li/Zn exposure...
