The company is well aware that the overwhelming view of holders on this post is that a raising be pro-rata and not a gift to others. One of the problems with pro-rata, though, is that the CEO with 200 million shares would have to stump up plenty.
Billy's gut feel is that a raising, which we all knew was inevitable, will bring stability to the company, simply because short-term survival will not be such a pressing issue.
