Why don't people wait for the detail before throwing the toys out of the cot and proclaiming the sky is falling.

It's a bit pathetic.

When you bought your shares did you think you were buying an established business with massive profits that had somehow been 'flying under the radar' to be trading between 3 & 15 cents but now that you were in would suddenly jump to $X? Oh dear!


Facts are they have said that they have enough cash for non-discretionary monthly overheads (ie. to run the company for OVER 18 months.

Last week they announced the release of their public beta of Corona Cloud with a bunch of new features and advised that a number of clients are trialing Corona GTS along with a 'significant sales pipeline'.

If you've forgotten - they announced a change of tack earlier this year. Importantly that was based on feedback from customers. ie they are working with their customers to finesse their offering to suit their customers and hence have a marketable product.

There is every chance that they have reached the stage where the injection of funds is necessary to get this over the line now.

Maybe not but there is no point speculating and consigning it to purgatory before the details are released.

Monday the ASX is closed for the Queen's birthday holiday.

What are entitled to expect is the rationale for the capital raising.

I don't expect it to be a deal with anyone just yet since they have called it a capital raising.
