In regards to processing of orders, it begins at highest bidder. Then goes down until it reaches equilibrium. Once that occurs it is the first in the queue.
In regards to getting in, if you are desparate then you bid where the highest bid is at. In NSL's case 1.5c
Currently the indicative price for NSL is 1.4cf it came off of the trade halt at open today.
