Less than 10 months after tapping investors for $120 million, market darling NEXTDC is hunting for another big chunk of capital to fund a second state-of-the-art data centre in Sydney.
As revealed by Street Talk, Citigroup started taking fund managers across the wall on Monday morning, with a view to raising $150 million.
It's understood the deal will comprise a $50 million placement priced at $4.06 and a rights issue at $3.74, an 8 per cent discount to the theoretical ex-rights price.
