I had a prediction in the ASX200 thread that they would raise this 6 months. I think it's a good decision by management.
Sure they could have waited another 6 months, but who knows what the conditions would be like then, good to strike while the iron is hot, very prudent.
Utilisation shouldn't change much if they have only just announced.
