I regard NXT as the utility stock of the 21st century. Like the utility stocks of 20 century, once the infrastructure was built, the cash flow into the business was enormous. NXT is still in the phase of building the infrastructure, but you can see what margins and cash flow are generated when utilisation reaches about 39%.
Having a strong balance sheet so that cash is never a problem is a good move by NXT
