My prediction, for what it's worth, is that if this investor is someone who seriously wanted a piece of what we have, we may see them pay a premium to the market price as there is no way a decent parcel could be bought on market currently. Alternatively, if this cap raising is because OGX really need the money, rather that it being because it will make expansion happen quicker, then it will be at less than the current SP.
Will be interesting to see.
