Good question - but if that was the case they'd have req'd a TH earlier in the day at 1pm - not 6.30pm at night surely...
On the other hand if the results came in around 3pm they'd be keen to req the TH absolutely as soon as poss just because what they want to announce is THAT important.
Unbridled enthusiasm often doesn't observe the clock, boys & girls...
