Depends on what type of financing and how much Davoli. I doubt management will be doing a massive equity raise which will dilute everyone including themselves. IMO this will be pre-funded offtakes mixed with debt.
They surely wouldn't be raising a small amount of cash now only to come back later and hit up the market for funds again (they're too smart for that), pretty sure this will be total cap raising required to get up and running.
