Yes it is a little hard for the longer term shareholders.A reconstruction of capital followed by a CR to Patersons, followed by another CR and now we have this one,makes one feel that we are coming back to where we started a couple of years back. PTX said we were fully funded for the current programmes even though I personally felt uncomfortable about the level of cash.I only hoped that some results would come in that would lift the share price before the next CR. The question arises about the nature of the CR :" has management planned this as they realise they have a shortage of WC to run the day to day business or is it AMS71 suggests that they are seeing a chance to expand their programmes to get a quicker result.
We all hope the latter and it would be clearly better if the CR went to a stragetic investor...especially from the US rather than sophisticated investors...ie short termers.
