I agree. Wait until Monday. Can't make much out of the announcement except that "conditional settlement" doesn't sound as though the second well will be drilled but who knows.
Our next project, has demonstrated the commercial viability of the Loba oil discovery in the Nkembe block offshore **on. It would be great to move on this now, but we need a farminee. Don't want to be sitting around wasting cash.
