Ann: Trading Halt Request-GMM.AX, page-2

1. The trading halt is necessary for the Company to make an announcement to the market in relation to an update on the Offtake Agreements for Mt Cattlin;

2. General Mining requests that the trading halt remains in place for two days or until an announcement is released and the Company requests the trading halt be lifted; and

3. General Mining is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.
