Hey spam, the option underwriting won't affect your current holding to the extent that you wish to exercise all your options. The underwriting essentially means that a party/parties has agreed to buy all the unexercised options rather than letting them lapse.
As far as converting, there is a link to the option conversion form on the goldphyre website front page about halfway down. Just fill that out and submit it, should get your shares within a fortnight at most.
