Not worried about the games the brokers play, let them play and make a quick 10-20% and sell them. There will be hands that will be waiting to snap them up and hold once the good water data Ann is out, assuming good news.
Nothing new here from a small cap stock. Manipulation by the bigger players is preferable as it at least shows they think this is going to go higher. If there was no manipulation I would be more concerned.
