another thought that might suggest good news is more likely. EMGO expire in about 4 weeks,if people convert their options the company should pick up about $4M ....in order to do that they need the SP to maintain at at around 30c or better .I can't believe that they would drop a bomb of bad news at the moment because they would be mindful of the consequences for their SP .Also in a recent conversation with management I made mention of the cash position and was told that they expected their cash position was likely to improve in the near term ....I thought they meant their options being converted but perhaps they had something else in mind which they couldn't disclose at the time
