Ann: Trading Halt Request , page-9

Ive sent management an email this morning basically outlining the sentiment that I and most LT shareholders are feeling. If this is a cap raising and if it's anything less than 10c then I'm out the door.

Options wouldn't be too bad but they would have to make them with a low excersise price, and how many would they have to issue? 1 billion @ 1c with a 10c strike would raise 10 million and then another 100 million on excersise but it would also just keep the sp depressed where people convert options just to sell them on market (provided the sp hasn't sunk below the ex price)

Very dissapointed at the moment with the ability of management to create any shareholder value whatsoever. I bet REH is happy with the outcome to date. They were initially going to spend all the money, obviously they did their sums.
