Ann: Trading Halt Request , page-25

I got in on the Atom IPO (AXY?? It's been so long and painful I've forgotten?). Could have dumped on the first day and made 100%+, it touched 72c that day!! Then my broker at the time reloaded me at 46c!!

I have no faith in this stock, but I guess it's changed significantly since the IPO. I cannot believe that it will hit 20's, but we'll see. No complaints if it does!!

I reckon the factor makes a good point, seems odd to raise at 5.8c and dilute holdings, you can't suggest that they've become aware of the potential post inking the placement?? Why not put out the results, let it form a new base and then raise capital with a lesser amount of dilution. It doesn't make sense and therefore adds to my scepticism of forming a new base in teh 20's. Oh well, less than 24 hours until we find out.
