raiderup/others: As I did post earlier, I do believe that SER management (and logically also Mega's management) will try their level best to get "a deal" over the line. Too much "human" efforts from both sides has gone into this to let it go by the wayside. However - rightly or wrongly - I would NOT be surprised if the deal that will get pushed "over the line" will be a bit/slightly altered (either upwards or more likely downwards, I would suspect). Of course, I hope to be wrong on this for all the loyal SER holders.
ULEY is - as you mention - world class.
Once Mega gets listed, I shall buy that on the - presumably Canadian - stock exchange, as I want exposure to ULEY. IF the deal with MEGA should fall through, somebody else will come to ULEY. Hope wherever ULEY will end-up, that I can buy respective stock.
Lastly, wonder IF SER's management has ANY plans at all for SER's other assets?? Originally, I did not get into EBR for Uley but for the oil assets!
