2 cents.....Mega have assessed the standard of the processing plant and think the deal should cost them a little less or Mega haven't sold Uley's value to potential investors well enough so off with the head honcho or the state of processing plant was over sold by SER to Mega so they are hard balling.
Either way I'm out of SER. Good luck holders,you need it.
