On the one hand I guess I am cautiously pleaed that they have decided to develop their joint coal assets through EER rather than privately (which they could probably have done just as easily).
On the other hand, with joint ownership of 88% of EER the rest of the stock will probably suffer from lack of liquidity, share price potentially being controlled, and in due course a lowball takeover offer.
Still, interesting to see how this transpires over next 6 months and whether the market sees any value in it.
