I would welcome anything that indicates that this company and/or this project has some corporate life going on.

I have been quite worried ever since they 'secured' their funding deal in Sep12 (from a Noble/Basso entity) that the company could grind to a halt & trigger a condition that would enable them to exercise their mortgage over the project and run off into the night with it. Which would of course create an absolute field day for ASIC and the lawyers (I would make sure of it).
