Option agreement possibilities:

1. Selling option over AF Project. Possible, large land holding, low cash to explore it.

2. Buying option over new project. Possible, AF Project has not delivered.

3. Selling option to SWK over drilling business. Doubt it, SWK underground drillers, brownfields. CGM surface, greenfields.

Suspect it will be 1 or 2. If new project, may provide opportunity to raise capital on back of it.
