the fact that EIG would continue to lend would mean that EIG must have some comfort in the ongoing negotiations to secure full funding.... remember- they have complete information on everything so we should take our cue from EIG....

on the other hand, EIG will demand money and we will be in an auction with HP to pick up the project for the value of the debt (or perhaps just a bit more)...

we have until March 2015 to get funding.... lets hope sentiment returns to coal by then.
