Personally I was confident that it could only go one way, that's exactly the reason why I'm invested into this company in the first pace...Although I have plans of action in case of negative sceraios as well.

If you've been with the company for as long as I have, last thing you would be doing, is doubting the management, or the fact that there's gold in them hills. They've come a long way. Their persistence and hard work deserves respect and appreciation. Nevermind the fact that their persistence and hard work is EXACTLY what's improving your financial position, while you don't really have to lift a finger... Well maybe sometimes.. to post some not-so-nice comments about that same management

There are more productive ways of venting your emotions and impatience than spreading negativity about the management of a company you are invested in...It's not really constructive.
Speaking of constructive. Did you contact the management with your concerns and suggestions regarding all the things that you are unhappy about? Might be a good idea, since you own the company and all...
