Some people might have been - but the inference seems to be that the area was not extensively mined, then all the lads had to head off to WW2. The Exploration Target zone is huge. Perhaps they didn't have enough samples to convert all that Exploration Target into JORC Resource, but, as we know, it's down there and we're heading down too
