Seems like a bit of a waste of money monitoring the use of the internet by kids whilst at school or using school gateways because of course kids have plenty of time to surf at school and are 100% dependent on the school's network routers.  

If you really want to monitor kids for warning marker use then I'd suggest you more likely to get results monitoring them outside of school hours and/or independent of controlled router networks (most kids aren't that dumb to game monitored networks).

In any case at least there is more attention being drawn to detecting warning signs and early intervention courtesy of Mark Donkersley (eSafe) consulting to the Australia government on this subject.  There also seems to be more tuff talking on taking preventive steps from our beloved politicians.
