UnclePanda...I am of the view that the CR was most likely in the final stages of agreement when the s/price was about the 1.1 c level....now things have changed dramatically with a S/price of .008 ... IMO, they now most likely had to go back to renegotiate the new CR figures to say
.004 - .005 levels /share and also take into account if any options are offered as a sweetener ....expiry date and exercise price will need to be sorted as well.

I was also of the belief (not sure about this) that any CR or loans required the approval of the Con note /current loan facility organisation ??????????/
