Its a known fact already that a capital raise needs to happen shortly as part of the acqisition terms. With that in mind its easy to speculate there's a chance of something else going on given the recent trading action. Of course people get wrapped up before it happens, its a speculative stock and aren't we all trying to be the early bird?
