That is the point. The ASXX's view is that you can't announce a "confidential MOU" without detailing all its terms. You donn't have to announce it if its confidential, thats not against the rules but if you choose to announce it you must provide all the details.

What in my view the ASX will be looking at is that someone who has just been wrapped over the knuckles for unauthorised disclosures has again put out into the public domain information that puts AVZ in an awkward position.
