Well I had a theory that a small CR would be a sign of confidence that they were just trying to get through until a deal/ partnering agreement... , and a big CR would indicate there is nothing on the horizon. So it turned out to be somewhere in the middle, so not sure what to make of it. But the price has rebounded somewhat so perhaps some optimism lingers in the air?
