That's a strong possibility too. I don't think I've ever seen a TH for a director or executive appointment. Usually a market sensitive ann on the day is good enough. Resignations are usually announced after market.
A TH just for a director appointment would cause a major eye roll. But if a director is part of the ann then maybe it is a partnership. For me it rules out a straight takeover.
