Certainly if Arun Sanyal was appointed to the board, it would be big news. Remember, Sanyal ran the Tobira trial that wound up in a $1,5B sale to Allergan. He is also is running the Bristol Meyer Squibb/Intercept collaboration trial and is seen as the leading mind in the space. And as I pointed out a few weeks ago, he wrote an affidavit this year in support of Immuron's second U.S. patent for IMM-124E's ability to modulate inflammation in NASH.
